Responsibilities

• Participate in structured real estate industry learnership training
• Gain hands-on experience within operational divisions: asset management and property management
• Contribute to specialist functions: Marketing, Legal, Finance, Human Resources, and others
• Work alongside mentors to develop professional and leadership skills
• Build confidence, networks, and career pathways in the real estate sector

Qualifications

• South African citizen
• Grade 12 certificate and a completed tertiary qualification
